as the part of the house in which the owners live has its own entrance
on the north side and does not overlook any part of the guest accomodation. The ground floor opens onto a south-facing terrace. It includes a Boffi kitchen,
a dining-room containing a Schimmel piano, a sitting-room and an independant one-room flat. On the first floor are four tastefully furnished and decorated bedrooms,
one of which has its own private bathroom, and a shower room with a double basin. Outside, everything has been planned with your pleasure, well-being and quiet in mind:
relaxing garden furniture, a guarded swimming pool in conformity
with safety regulations to the south, a pool-house with a summer kitchen
