In The Heart of « le LUBERON » PROVENCE. Wonderfully peaceful, but within walking distance of Menerbes. Under ten minutes walk to the centre of the enchanting village
with its basic shops, bar and restaurant. Plenty of restaurants in the many surrounding hilltop villages,
for which the area is famous. Apt for more extensive shopping, supermarkets and excellent wine co-op is about 15 minutes drive. Tennis courts in Oppède at 5 minutes drive The waterside town of Isle sur la Sorgue,
with its famous Antique Sunday market and new golf course and the papal city of Avignon
are each about half an hour's drive. Face to the Luberon, Hidden away at the end of a quiet track,
there are terraces to the front of the house, a covered terrace to the side
and a large stone table under the trees. Built in barbecue, garden furniture and ping pong table. The swimming pool (12 x 6m) is protected by a fence,
and beyond the pool are lavender and olive trees fields. Large living room with comfortable seating round the open fireplace.

basin and wc and an other double bedroom (160 cm x 200 cm)
also with separate entrance and en-suite shower room, basin and wc.
